The supports My ResponsAbility can provide depend on factors including our service scope, capacity, location, worker availability, participant needs, funding arrangements and whether the requested support can be provided safely and appropriately.

Referrals and enquiries

Submitting a referral, enquiry or expression of interest does not guarantee that My ResponsAbility will accept the referral or provide the requested support.

A referral or enquiry does not create a service agreement or contractual relationship with My ResponsAbility.

Where My ResponsAbility agrees to provide supports, the applicable supports, rates, schedules, responsibilities and other service terms will be set out separately in the participant's Service Agreement and related service documentation.

Not an emergency or clinical service

My ResponsAbility is not an emergency, crisis-response or acute mental health service.

If someone is in immediate danger, call 000.

Where urgent clinical or mental health assistance is required, contact the person's treating team or an appropriate health or crisis service.
